This is Lenovo K330 core i7 model. I will post some overview and impressiong with some software FL Studio, plugins, and other music production software.

Overview:
Lenovo Resucue System - I created recovery Disk with 2 DVD-R disk. It seems to have other back up features.
RAID0 capability on its M/B.
3 Cooling mode - Full CPU mode, Auto, Quiet mode.
Toolless side panel - Big screw which can be unscrewd w/o tool.
Enhanced Experience 2.0 - supported by below technologie. *
Lenovo RapidBoot Technology - Reduce boot time and shut down time.

Impression:
The apparance is not garish than I imagined. The body is matte black finished and the front panel is rounded with black brushed aluminum designing. It has a handle on the top panel, which is useful in carrying. First 3 sec of the boot system tried to test all fan at full speed and after that the fan speed down. The fans are controled very quietly while I'm testing to maintain the system for using. HDD sounds rather louder than them. The room temp is around 10 to 15 celsius degree. I'm thinking to report how the fan noise will be after using this system for a while. Thanks to the Lenovo EE the boot time and shut down are so fast and I'm satisfied with it. The OS behavior is very responsive, I think SSD is contributing to it, but the 2.0TB HDD seems to ruin its benefit a little at some task e.g creating folders on HDD, using explorer browsing through each disks. I sometimes feel 2 or 3 sec lagging during them. I haven't searched how they can be tweaked, so there might be ways to solve them. (Is Anti Virus Software affecting this?) The software bundle is very few. I don't like the system which have bulk of bundled software I won't use, so I have positive feeling on how Lenovo did.

The reason why I thought to get new system is that I recognized CPU hook up frequently when I'm doing trial and error for searching good orchestration with soft synths. I can run FL Studio w/o any problem on my previous minimum spec and it can handle most project if I freeze regions where soft synths eats CPU very much. As for this new system I needed at least the power which can handle several soft synths simultaneously when searching good combination. I was on the point of considering new desktop system which will be able to run excessively during hot season w/o any over heat issue, fortunately I could find this reasonably. At first I considered laptop with i7 processor as it saves space, but I rather picked desktop one for the following reasons. The room temp are over 30 celsius degree in summer season in my living place. i7 mobile processor (TDP 45W) at full performance emit quite amount of heat inside laptop chassis (also annoyance fan noise in front of my face) so I can't use it safely not only in warm season but also hot season. In summer the CPU temp has risen over 90 celsius degree even with TDP35W one and is often making vacuum cleaner fan noise. (To tell the truth, my mainboard in my privious laptop was broken once and replaced by warranty. I don't have any method to find whether it was caused by the heat or not but too much heat is clearly not good for the machine.)

I will post a quick overview and first impression on next post.

前回の記事に引き続いて、今回はiPhone, iPod touch用のフレキシブルトライポッドです。ebayで2.59USDで購入できました。こちらも、送料は無料でした。発送元は香港で、20日ほどで到着しました。前回同様エアキャップが裏地に貼ってあります。郵便料金10USDと書いてありましたが、前回同様購入金額より高いみたいです。

本体の仕様は、白くみえる部分がラバーコーディングになっていて滑らないようになっています。丸い部分とそれぞれの節が動くようになっていて、自由な角度で曲がり、節々の適度な摩擦力でその角度が固定されます。足の開き具合や角度をそれぞれの足で別々に調整できるので、平たくない面にも三脚が置けました。

iPhone,iPod touch対応のデジカメ三脚固定用のホルダー。ebayで1.99USDで購入できました。送料は無料でした。私が買った出品者は、広東省深センからの発送で、20日ほどで到着しました。エアキャップが裏地に貼ってあるこの封筒には、郵便料金5USDと書いてありました。払った金額より高いようですが、どういう方法で儲けが出てるのかわかりません。不思議です。

因みに、このホルダーを販売している業者はLinkDelight.Comというメーカーらしく、カメラ関係の周辺機器を豊富に取り扱っているようです。

コーンスープを使ったフレンチトーストです。

必要な材料は、コーンスープ、牛乳、卵、バター、チーズ、刻んだサラミ、食パン、粗挽きコショウ。フレンチトーストを作る要領で、牛乳少量、卵半分、コーンスープ1/3くらいをかき混ぜてパンを浸す。充分しみこませる。(しみ込みにくい場合は楊枝などでパンに細かい穴をあける。)　後は焼くだけ。バターをしいたフライパンで、両面にコショウを少々ふって、中火で焼き、ある程度焼けたらチーズ、サラミを載せる。後はオーブントースターで表面のチーズを焼き付けるだけ。

パンの裏面はフランパンで適度に焦げ目を付けるとおいしいです。コーンスープ自体にコンソメと同様の材料がすでにはいってるのでいい味が付きます。普段のフレンチトーストに飽きた人は試してみてください。

では、この数値からどのような可能性があるか、人間への影響度のまで少し探ってみたい。

ツキノワグマノオスの平均80kgとして換算すると、蓄積量は単純計算で58,960ベクレルになる。そして、こちらは人間用のデータであるが、摂取量と蓄積量の比が読み取れるグラフが存在している。

これより、240日分(8ヶ月)の比を求めると大体摂取したセシウムの0.55(55%)が蓄積したことになる。

人間同様雑食性のクマであることを加味して、あくまで参考値ということを理解の上、上記の太字の数値を利用し計算をしてみると

58,960 x 1/240 x 1/0.55 = 446.67 Bq/day 「クマが一日あたりに摂取したセシウム量」

ということになる。これは、このツキノワグマが事故後、「一日あたりに摂取したセシウム量」となります。これに、クマが一日に食べる食物の量を参考にすると

446.67 ÷ 4 = 111.67 Bq/kg 「クマの食料中のセシウム量 (Bq/kg)」・・・★

となり、原発から距離80km地点のこのクマが摂取していた食物中のセシウム量が平均111.67 Bq/kgであったと推測できます。

人間の平均食物摂取量が大体0.9kgなので、(参照) 仮に人間がこのツキノワグマが食べていたものと同程度の汚染食物を摂取していたと仮定すると、下記の数値が一日に人間が摂取していた量になります。
111.67 x 0.9 = 100.5 Bq/day ・・・▲

This article shows the steps how to restore proper OS to your Novation Remote Zero Sl when you accidentally installed wrong OS to your device.

1. It requires Automap so if you haven't installed it yet, you will need to download and install it. Select your product and download from here.

2. Run Automap and Click 'Devices' icon, you'll see the wrong device's name. (That's why you found this article :D ). Remember this wrong OS's device name for later step.

3. Open the directory on your localdrive's "\Program Files\Novation\Automap\OS Update" and find the directory whose name are the wrong device's name of the OS and one named right. Take a memo of these names.

4. Rename the directories wrong to right, right to something. (This step makes Automap install your desired OS.) e.g. If your current OS is "Remote SL" and your physical controller acturally is "Remote Zero SL", you'll need to rename "Remote Zero SL" directory to "Remote SL". This state means the contents of the directory "Remote SL" are Remote Zero SL's.

5. Restore the device's OS with normal way from the Automap. (Automap -> Devices -> Restore. Follow the guide of the Automap program.)

6. After the restoring your Remote Zero SL will say RemoteZSL on its display. Now you got your Remote Zero SL installed right OS.

7. Again rename the directories (which were renamed at the step 4) back to the original ones. You had the memo of their name.

ちょっと前から開発中とされていたFL Studio Mobileが21日にベルギーimage-line社からリリースされました。開発はxewtone社主体でILスタッフとともに行ったようです。

価格はiPad版が$24.99USD、iPhone及びiPod版が$19.99USDとなっており、現在はリリース記念で$5引きになっていまるそうです。

このアプリは何をするものかというのと簡単に補足しますと、ドラム・シンセ・オートメーションをマルチトラックでアレンジできるシーケンサーとなっています。DAWが何をするものなのかわからないという人は概念をつかむのに助けになるかもしれません。外出時に思いついたフレーズのメモをしたいという用途も訴求対象のようです。その表れとして、FL Studio Mobileで作成したプロジェクトを、FL Studioのデスクトップ版にインポートすることができるそうです。バージョン10.0.5で対応する見込みとのこと。

完全に予断ですので以下は読み飛ばしてもいいです。
(ただ、こんなにも強い円にもかかわらず(そのせいで貿易で受難を強いられてるのに)40%も円を侮って113円というレート設定してる日本のiTunesストアでリピートするのは愚の骨頂のでしょうね・・・むしろ強い円をappleはありがたく正規レートで受け取るのが道理の気がします。因みに、€では13%ぐらいの上乗せにとどまっており常識的な範囲です。まぁ普通なら4割も載せられたら怒りますよね。)

※どうやらやっと07.14.2011に評価レートが常識的な値に見直されたようです。1米ドルあたり115円近かったものが、現在は85円になっていると見られます。これでようやく日本のiTunesストアもソフト販売の窓口として一端を担える程度には準備ができたような気がします。これは、appleが映像や音楽関連のソフト販売を店頭からappstoreへ移行していくための顧客獲得への準備とも取れます。実際、先日発売されたばかりてその時点で35,000円だった、Final Cut Pro Xはなんと、26,000円まで値下げされております:-D。すごい安い・・・ Vegasを好きで使ってたけど、こっちもこれぐらい下がらないかな・・・

現在国内で横行してる、放射性物質が含まれている食品に対する日本国政府のやり放題な現状をまとめてみました。

a）かつて食の安全性が誇りだった日本。
2011年3月11日の事故以前まで日本は、放射能核種(ヨウ素131やセシウム137やプルトニウムなど)すべての合計370Bq/kg以上の食品は、実際検疫で輸入拒否をしてきました。つまり国内の食品で370Bq/kgを上回る食品の流通は許されないことになっていました。

ｂ）基準値の大幅な引き上げ。
しかしながら、現政府は日本がこれまで踏襲してた日本国民の食の安全を守るというプライドを捨てたのか-そもそもなかったのかは別にして-食品中の放射線量をなんと6倍以上ものオーダーで引き上げてしまいました。(日本人は3月11日を境に放射能に強くなった人種らしい) これは同時に、これまで日本が積み上げてきた日本食というきわめて安全性の評価が高かった一種のブランドを、一瞬にして瓦解させることも容易でした。

d）他漁協船の水揚げ拒否に処分ちらつかせ
先日、茨城漁協船が、千葉の漁協の市場に水揚げを試みたところ千葉漁協の市場が水揚げを拒否した事例がありました。つい今月に4080Bq/kgという多量の放射性物質を含んだコウナゴが発見されたばかりで、消費者は大変神経を尖らせています。千葉漁協に所属する漁師全体の魚の競り値を維持し生活を防衛しなければならないので致し方ない判断であるはずでした。しかしながら、政府はこの判断を強く叱責し、違法という観点で罰則をちらつかせる手段をとることしかしません。このような軽率でおざなりな公権力の濫用が、不安を増大させ、日本全体を不幸に至らしめることにつながっていることをまったく考慮に入れていないことが悲しくてなりません。

放射性物質が含まれている恐れのある原乳でもきちんとテストをせず、他の生産地の原乳と混ぜ合わせてから検査を行い通過させているのです。このような検査体制を敷き、あと一回検査をパスすれば出荷をさせるつもりらしい。この事例も先ほどの水産物同様、厳しい検査をパスして安心して消費してもらおうと努力をしている他の生産者を無視し、その理念を貶める、恥ずかしい政府判断である。

このように、保安院が管理していた東京電力の原発事故による発端の人災を発端に、今まで生産者のかたがたが何十年も現場で築き上げてきた日本ブランド、安全な日本の食卓、を近視眼的な政府自らのそろばん勘定の尺度からのみで、完膚なきまでにずたずたに破壊してしまったのです。事故による被害を政府が補償していく話と、国民や諸外国の消費者の消費行動は別問題である。マスコミを使い、さも生産者を主語にしたような、「風評なので食べなさい」、なんてう論点のすり替えを永遠とながしてるが、そのような詭弁に騙される愚かな国民や家庭であると政府は認識してるのだろうか。怒りにさらに拍車を掛けている。
